Senior IT Recruiter
We are looking for motivated HR Recruiter for IT Sector(Minimum experience of 1 year in IT), who are excellent in Communications and Presentations Skills. Kindly find below job details:
Expected Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Various Job Portals and social media etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement performance review procedures
- Measure employee productivity, retention and turnover rates
- 1 to 5 Years experience required as a Recruiter
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Strong Communications and Presentations Skills
- Ability to Coach others
