Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for motivated HR Recruiter for IT Sector(Minimum experience of 1 year in IT), who are excellent in Communications and Presentations Skills. Kindly find below job details:

Expected Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Various Job Portals and social media etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Measure employee productivity, retention and turnover rates

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 Years experience required as a Recruiter
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong Communications and Presentations Skills
  • Ability to Coach others
